Yes, we ship worldwide. We offer free shipping on all orders over $200, and duties and taxes are calculated at checkout for a seamless delivery experience.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or monogrammed items are final sale and cannot be returned.

For every bag purchased, DeMellier funds a set of lifesaving vaccines and treatments for children in need through our partnership with SOS Children's Villages.
Can I have my bag personalized?
Yes, we offer a complimentary monogramming service on most of our styles. You can choose to have your initials gold-foil pressed by our in-house experts.
How should I care for my leather handbag?
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and moisture. We recommend using a soft, dry cloth to wipe the leather and storing your bag in its provided dust bag when not in use.
