At DeMellier, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a 28-day return period for all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the item is in its original condition with all tags attached, and place it inside the original dust bag and shipping box.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized collection point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
